Rebecca Clarke Viola Sonata Mug

Rebecca Clarke Mug

It wouldn’t be National Viola Day if I didn’t have hot chocolate from one of my favorite mugs! I received this mug a little over a year ago, and absolutely love it. The Rebecca Clarke Sonata is one of my very favorite pieces of music, so using this mug always makes me so happy!

Listen to Your Inner Voice T Shirt

Listen to Your Inner Voice T Shirt

I’ve had my eye on this shirt for a while now, and I’m so glad I finally bought it! It has such a cute double meaning, and I can’t wait to wear it on National Viola Day! It’s a Canvas by Bella shirt, which are always comfy. I love it when small shops use this brand of shirt.

Alto Clef Cone Style Mask

Alto Clef Mask

I’ve thought about buying this mask through the whole pandemic, and I wish I had actually gotten it sooner! This is the best fitting, thickest mask I own. The ear straps are a bit tight, but I’m sure they’ll get more comfortable as I wear the mask more. The seal it makes on my face is tight, but in a comfortable way. And… it doesn’t fog up my glasses!!

I wore this to teach an in person violin lesson (yes, I see the irony), and I felt very protected.

I bought mine in purple with a white alto clef pattern, but Alto Clef Gifts also sells a plain black version, which would be great for performing!

I love making cookies, so I had to try out this cookie cutter shaped as an alto clef! On the site, it does say you need to take the time to remove the excess dough from the cutter/cookie with a toothpick, which was absolutely true.

I sabotaged myself a bit when I made these cookies, because I forgot that my favorite sugar cookie recipe is for drop cookies, not rolled/cutout cookies. But I made it work, and they turned out really cute!

Viola Business Cards

When I saw these little business cards, I knew I had to buy them for my studio! These are perfect to give to new viola students to remember how the viola is unique, and to hand out when their friends ask if they play the violin. 🙂

Stickers!!

I looove stickers, and I’ve wanted this “I am a vaccinated violist” sticker since it was released! I think this graphic is super cute, and I can’t wait to display this sticker somewhere.

Along with the sticker I ordered, Lisa also threw in a pack of viola pride stickers! They’re all beautiful, and if I had a hard viola case, I would put these stickers all over it!

I’m so happy with everything I ordered from Alto Clef Gifts, and I can’t wait for National Viola Day! Remember to use my code ELIZABETHKNAUB if you make a purchase.

I want to know: What’s your favorite part about playing the viola? I share my answer in last year’s post. Let’s spread the viola love!
